Our recruitment process starts with internally searching the right candidate. All opportunities are presented to internal candidates first and if we don’t find the right fit, we go for external search. We follow a three tier recruitment process which entails short listing, line management interviews and HR interviews. In some technical positions pre-employment tests become an additional step.
